Power Converter:

For Our International Customers outside of the USA you may need a Power Converter to use most of our vaporizers. If a vaporizer we offer would need one it is offered with the vaporizer on the details page of each vaporizer.

Although just about ALL of our vaporizers can be adapted to 220v/240v here is a listing of the 220v/240v Specific units:

These units are currently only for use on 100v-120v. A 220v/240v model will be released in the near future.

We are not responsible for the loss or damages of any packages shipped via USPS to countries that are not allowed to have Endicia Insurance. To guarantee the safe arrival of your item we suggest to use UPS shipping options.

While we have not experienced issues with sending our products to any countries outside the USA, please be aware that you MAY be billed for Taxes or VAT charges based on the value of your order, depending on your local customs policies. We have no control over what the taxes could be, or even IF they will be added to your shipment. Please be aware of this before placing your order, to avoid any hidden surprises later! Insurance and Declared Value:

VaporStore must declare the value of each package for the same amount the package is insured for. VaporStore will insure all Intl. orders this could affect shipping cost to certain countries.

• All orders over $200 will ship USPS Express only. (You may also choose our
  UPS options)
• All orders under $200 are available to ship using all USPS shipping methods
• All Volcano orders will be shipped USPS Express Mail for all Intl. orders. (You may also choose our UPS options)
• VaporStore will not ship Volcanoes via USPS (UPS only) to countries that are not insured by USPS.

The following countries must ship Express Mail International for tracking purposes as we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or damaged goods due to no insurance policy of these countries.
